How Rubii works

For advisers

Here's how:

  1. Register and create your profile
It's important to Rubii and our Users that all our Advisers provide as much relevant information as possible. This will help our Users to make an informed and confident choice, as well as helping you to receive the right pre-qualified enquiries for your area of expertise. To create an account with Rubii can take a little time, but there are more benefits to dedicating time to create an engaging and detailed company profile right from the start - think of your profile as your 'shop window'.

  2. Contact request by Rubii customer
Once a User has selected your services, they are able to send a contact request via the Rubii online system. Rubii will automatically send you an email to tell you that you've been selected by one of our registered Users. We ask all our Advisers to ensure that requests are answered within 1 working day.
  3. Handling a contact request
We let you decide if you wish to accept or decline the contact requested. If you accept a request, we ask that you pay to Rubii an introduction fee. Further information about fees and terms are provided within the registration process.
  4. Pricing, payments and confirmation
We provide online secure payment processing through Netbanx. When you send your meeting confirmation to the user, we will provide you access to the selected user details.

Lead Charges (as at Winter 2008)

    • Standard lead: £35.00 per lead
    • Lead with financial specific data: £50.00 per lead

    1) Fees are charged on acceptance of the contact request by the Adviser
    2) No fees are liable if the contact request is not accepted
    3) Rubii is not liable for any Adviser or User activity post acceptance of the lead
    4) Lead charges are paid for on a per lead basis via credit card.
    5) Acceptance and purchase of the lead is deemed as acceptance with Rubii's terms and conditions and standards set down by the FSA in regard to the provision of financial advice.

  5. Adviser rating
The core part of Rubii is that we encourage our Users to rate and make comments on Advisers and the service provided. The better your ranking, the more opportunity you'll have in being selected by a potential client.
