Rubii aims to make adviser ranking a fair and secure service, with the objective of helping users find and receive the right advice from the most appropriate adviser.
Only users who have had a meeting with an adviser accepted can give them a rating.

Here's how Rubii's rating system works:
- User and adviser agree to make contact
A user requests contact, the adviser accepts the request. It is then the adviser's responsibility to make contact.Note: if the adviser rejects the request, then the user is not able to rate the adviser.

- Contact takes place between users and adviser

The user is able to rate the adviser after the contact request has been accepted.

The user is emailed a reminder 5 and 10 days later.
- User rates adviser
User logs in to the secure site (protected by Verisign), and comments on and rates the adviser out of 5 stars. Quick and simple - it only takes a minute.Note: The user can only rate the adviser they have met, not any adviser on the system.

- Publishing the rating and comment
The user hits submit and the rating and comment is published.

- Complaints about the rating and comment
In the unlikely event that either the adviser or user wish to complain about the rating, a 'report abuse' button is posted on each comment. When this is clicked, the rating and comment are put into a waiting pen, and is investigated by the Rubii team, with both the adviser and user.

- Adviser builds up a profile of ratings and comments
Just like on other popular websites, the adviser builds up a profile of ratings and comments, increasing the chances of future contact from users looking for advice!
