Before you register, you may find it useful to take a look at the picture below. It shows you, at a glance, how Rubii works and can help you find the right financial adviser and set up an appointment.

Here's how:
- Find an Adviser
You can do a general keyword search by almost any criteria - location, name, company or area of expertise (such as pension planning, mortgage broker, inheritance tax); or by highest-ranking Adviser. There is the added 'Advanced Search' feature to help tune the results to your specific needs.

- Contacting an AdviserHaving chosen an adviser who meets your requirements, you can go ahead and request a contact. You'll be prompted to enter some basic details. We ask you for this information, so that you can save your search criteria, login quickly when returning and also so that your details are available to Advisers when you need advice.

Arrange your contact at a time and date that suits you. The Adviser will call you for an initial consultation over the phone. If you want to you can also choose to add some background on your finances or add your goals in advance, which will help the Adviser understand your financial position in more detail before you meet.
- Request confirmation
Rubii asks all Advisers registered to our service to ensure that they reply to you in 1 working day. If an Adviser has not responded to you within this time, we will automatically email them a reminder but we'll also send you an email with some alternative Advisers to contact. We also make visible the number of answered and unanswered requests on the Advisers profile.
- Rate and comment
We encourage our Users to rate and comment on the Adviser that they have contacted. This helps other Users make a more informed choice.
